ATMA KRIYA YOGA
Awaken the Love within
Realize Unconditional Love
Atma Kriya Yoga is our most advanced practice; each of its techniques cultivates a certain type of bhakti – love for the Divine – and opens the heart to the transformative power of love. These techniques are simple enough for a beginner to learn, yet powerful enough for even an experienced meditator to be propelled to a new level of consciousness and connection to the Divine. Atma Kriya Yoga purifies your consciousness at all levels: body, emotions, mind, and intellect, allowing your inner light to shine brighter. The practice burns lifetimes of karma, clearing away everything that separates you from the ultimate realization of the eternal presence of the Divine residing in your own heart.
The goal of true yoga is union with the Divine: self-realization through Divine Love. Atma Kriya Yoga invites you to bring more awareness of your eternal Self into every thought, word, and action. These techniques connect you to the source of life within yourself, enabling you to fully enjoy your eternal relationship with the Divine. As your practice deepens, Divine Qualities begin to naturally manifest: peace, self-control, strength, wisdom, humility, compassion, vitality, and more. Atma Kriya Yoga provides you with the tools to transcend the duality of the material world and awaken Divine Love – everything you need to achieve true freedom.
‘‘Atma Kriya Yoga is a form of Kriya Yoga given by Mahavatar Babaji, which is a very simple way to help awaken Love and come into contact with your true Self.’’

SHAKTIPAT INITIATION
Shaktipat is the reason why Atma Kriya Yoga is the most powerful form of yoga currently available. Shaktipat initiation unlocks the full potential of the techniques, protecting and guiding the practitioner. It also awakens the Divine Light dormant within the chakras and ensures the techniques’ success.
“When you are initiated into Atma Kriya Yoga and receive Shaktipat, it activates a different channel within you. This channel is the Grace and blessing of all the Gurus, sages, and saints in this lineage, transmitted from Master to disciple, or from Master to teacher, and from there, from the teacher to the student.”

LINEAGE & TRADITION
Mahavatar Babaji is the father of all Kriya lineages and the Spiritual Master of Paramahamsa Vishwananda, the Master of Atma Kriya Yoga. The blessings and grace of all Kriya Masters are bestowed upon the student during initiation. It is this blessing that leads the practitioner to experience the omnipresence of the Divine residing in their own heart.
Atma Kriya Yoga awakens the Shakti, the cosmic energy within you, so that you return to the universal source, which is your true Self.
